Welcome to the Squeeze De Citron Rewards Program. By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions governing your membership and participation.
1. Eligibility
The Squeeze De Citron Rewards Program is open to retail customers aged 18 and over who make purchases through our website or official sales channels.

Wholesale customers are not eligible to participate in the Program.

3. Points Accumulation
Members earn points (“Points”) through eligible actions listed on the Rewards Program page.

The number of Points earned will vary depending on the action.
Squeeze De Citron reserves the right to modify how Points are earned at any time, including offering limited-time promotions or bonus opportunities.
4. Points Redemption
Points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.

Points may only be redeemed while logged into your account.

Points cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, or combined between accounts.
5. Returns and Refunds
All orders placed using rewards are considered final sale.
Returns are only accepted if:

The item arrives damaged, or

An incorrect item was received

If a refund is issued, any Points used or earned in that transaction may be adjusted accordingly.
6. Points Expiration
Points will expire if there is no account activity for twelve (12) months from the date of the last qualifying purchase or reward activity.

8. Membership Termination

Termination may result in the loss of all accumulated Points.
